We want to apply these technologies and have financial backers willing to put up capitol to make it happen. Here’s how the financial side will  work:

We have Venture Capital Investors willing to put up ⅓ of the cost of retrofitting your vessel up to $1MM. In exchange the VC investor would want to retain equity in the vessel that is being retrofitted commensurate to the value the technology brings to the ship. 

We are also working with investment bankers who are willing to loan ⅔ of the cost of the retrofit up to $2MM. The mortgage for this loan would be retained by the shipping company.

We believe that there is a significant benefit to this arrangement to shipowners because they will be able to increase the value of their vessel immediately and with zero upfront costs and there by be positioned to avoid fines and increase their market potential as an A or B rated ship.
